Play around with color schemes. Trying to draw salamanders...They look more like Lizards. Gonna need to practice more, this time using PS5. I abuse MyPaint to mix junk. I wish SAI was for Mac. I have a version of SAI for Mac, but its trial period ended. >:l
Any tips?
(color or salamander drawing wise?)

Lillian: The Plague of Locusts
Another OC, this one Lillian. Here's her sleeping after a slow day at the Betwixt Cafe.
She's a death of various bugs, but overall she's known as the Plague of Locusts. she was also behind the plague of lice and the flies that consumed the cattle in Egypt. She has 8 brothers and the 10th Plague is the Angel of Death, who keeps the rest of the Plagues in check.
AoD and DEATH(alli's OC) are very close to God. The very few who can traverse back and forth from the realm of death and to God's domain without some horrible effect.
More about Lillian, she's more fond of bees, since she likes to keep things tidy and bee's are wonderful little workers that are most uniform and organized. Lillian owns a cafe, library and bed & breakfast all in one called the Betwixt. It's a nice little place that's hidden amongst the city hub of Victus Muerte©- my version of death's realm.
Unlike the other Plagues, Lillian likes to go out and do things beyond her usual deathly duties. Duties such as human and mythical creature population control (this is why there are still waves of locusts every so often all over the world, just not to the caliber of the time of Moses). Lillian can go forward and backward in age, she prefers to wear the visage of her elder self. She can be a bit of a trickster when she's in her child form, this is the persona Icarus met first when he was a young death.
Much to his dismay.
And a final tidbit is she is a Weaver. Weavers are deaths that help locate certain troublesome souls on earth the refuse to due, certain death rogues, healing torn sheaths of a death's essence (erst re©) and even midwives. Mostly their job is for guiding and reeling back in deaths from their travels to and from the mortal world.

Zombie Farmers
Yes.
Unlike the disease ridden common "zombie" species the infiltrate the human realm time to time. These southern 'civilized' farmers like instead the marrows of skeletal chickens and on occassion rotted cow brains for dessert.
Some of the friendliest undead folk visitors would meet in Umbra. Umbra being a world inhabited by ghosts, monsters and other mainstream monsters. Kind of like Frankenstein's monster and (aristocratic) skeletons.
Mostly the place contains things that go under the labeling, "Existing/Living Monster" unlike shadows and sporadics (both are neither dead or living).
Then some random drawings of rabbits, notes and badly drawn storks. I need refs.
